I interviewed five new Realtors/agents and chose Signature and Dina because she suggested the most realistic price at which to re-list our home, and she supported her position with great market intelligence. We re-listed the home at Dina's recommended new price and at the first Open House a bidding war erupted. When it was over we got pretty close to our our original asking price!
